How do tools, agents and teams differ?

A tool supports an individual task. A specialist agent works within a defined role and set of permissions. An AI team brings specialist roles together with shared context and a place for people and agents to collaborate. Vaultege fast-tracks clients to the team approach; these are not three mandatory buying stages.

What does Vaultege take responsibility for?

Scoping the starting workflow, organising relevant data, connecting approved systems, configuring your agents and testing the result. We manage the dedicated environment and provide technical account management, monitoring, maintenance and two hours of targeted development each month.

Do we have to abandon tools that already work?

No. The goal is a coherent system that improves the operation. We assess which existing tools and connections support that goal. The key comparison is the whole implementation and management effort, including access controls, testing, support and ongoing changes.
