Question 1

What will you deliver in the first two weeks?

Accepted Answer

Agents deployed and a working automation within two weeks. We identify the first useful workflow during readiness and agree its scope, access requirements and delivery milestones before onboarding. Ongoing fees start only once an automation is deployed.

Question 2

Do I need to understand AI or clean up all our data first?

Accepted Answer

No. We handle the technical work: organise relevant data, connect agreed systems, configure your AI teammates and test the workflow. You bring an internal decision-maker, explain how the business works and arrange approved access. Messy information is something we help sort out.

Question 3

Are there long-term contracts or lock-in?

Accepted Answer

No long-term contracts. No lock-in. Your proposal sets out the onboarding scope, ongoing management and practical handover arrangements. Ongoing fees do not start until an automation is deployed.

Question 4

Who is this built for?

Accepted Answer

Owners and operators of $2m–$50m businesses who want AI implemented and managed for them. You have repetitive work worth improving, money to invest and the desire to innovate. You do not need to hire an internal AI specialist.

Question 5

What does ongoing management include?

Accepted Answer

Design, setup, security, monitoring and improvement are handled by Vaultege. Ongoing service includes maintenance, support, proactive technical account management and two hours of targeted development each month. Your account manager keeps a strategic AI roadmap and helps prioritise the next useful improvement. Larger changes are scoped separately.

Question 6

Who stays in control?

Accepted Answer

Your team does. Agents complete routine work within agreed rules: send standard quotes, enter orders or follow up invoices. Exceptions, unusual terms and actions above your limits come to a human with the context attached. Vaultege handles the design, setup, security, monitoring and improvement.

Question 7

What is the data lake, and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

It connects approved data from your business systems into a managed foundation. The company brain provides shared business context, while department knowledge bases provide specialist context. Together they help agents work with relevant information instead of disconnected guesses. Access remains permissioned.

Question 8

Will I have to approve every action?

Accepted Answer

No. Once a workflow is tested and its limits are agreed, routine actions can run without you approving each step. A standard quote can be sent within your pricing rules; a discount below your margin limit comes to you. You can see the work and handle exceptions, while Vaultege monitors and maintains the system.

Question 9

Can you automate our whole business in two weeks?

Accepted Answer

The two-week commitment is your first deployed agents and a working automation. We build towards autonomous operations by expanding proven workflows across the business. The pace depends on your systems, process complexity and the decisions that should remain with people.

Question 10

Do we need all six departments from day one?

Accepted Answer

No. Start with the strongest bottlenecks, often with two departmental agents. We build the wider foundation so you can expand without creating a collection of disconnected agents.

Question 11

What happens after we request access?

Accepted Answer

We review fit, then arrange a readiness conversation where appropriate. We prepare your AI Opportunity Map and walk you through the recommended starting scope. You decide whether to proceed with a clear view of the work, your involvement and the delivery commitment.

Question 12

Can agents use our existing CRM, email and other systems?

Accepted Answer

Where the platform supports a suitable connection and your permissions allow it, yes. We confirm connections, access levels and approval rules during scoping. A full replacement of your CRM or ERP is not assumed as part of onboarding.

Question 13

How do you keep our business information secure?

Accepted Answer

We design the environment, access and approval rules together. Your service includes a dedicated managed virtual machine, scoped agent permissions and ongoing technical oversight. We agree specific hosting and data-handling requirements before rollout.

Question 14

Do you guarantee profit or time savings?

Accepted Answer

Our delivery commitment is agents and a working automation within two weeks, with no ongoing fees until an automation is deployed. We do not promise a fixed profit, revenue or time-saving figure. We agree a useful workflow and baseline so results can be measured against your business.
