What is delivered in the first two weeks?
A focused starting system: deployed agents and an agreed working automation. We prepare the managed environment, organise relevant information, connect the approved tools and test the workflow and its approval points. It is a practical first step with a roadmap for expansion.
How do we define the starting work?
The readiness conversation and AI Opportunity Map identify your best starting bottleneck. Before onboarding, we agree the workflow, what successful deployment means, access requirements, responsibilities and rollout milestones.
What do we need to contribute?
An internal owner, operating context, approved access and timely decisions during scoping and testing. You do not need an internal AI specialist or perfectly organised data. We handle the technical setup and help sort the information relevant to the first workflow.
What happens to ongoing fees?
Ongoing management fees begin once an automation is deployed. No long-term contracts. No lock-in. Onboarding scope and the specific commercial arrangements are set out in your proposal. A fixed profit or time-saving figure is not promised.
